The authors agree that the content of the article submitted for evaluation in IPRI Policy Briefs is their sole responsibility, and that the original work has not been published nor is it under consideration for publication in another print or electronic journal.
The authors guarantee that the article does not violate any copyright or other third-party rights and authorize the citation of parts of the article without prior permission, provided that the source is properly acknowledged.
The authors are aware that the journal reserves the right to make only normative, orthographic, and grammatical adjustments to the original texts (Portuguese and English), in order to maintain proper language standards and layout consistency, while respecting the authors’ style.
