Passo 1 - Após a realização da vacinação, o produtor ou seu representante legal, deverá procurar qualquer escritório do INDEA, de posse de seus documentos pessoais, com o Formulário de Comunicação de Vacina e a nota fiscal de aquisição de vacina.
