· O acesso pode ser feito usando CPF e senha cadastrada no aplicativo "MT Cidadão" ou na “Nota MT”. Se não tiver acesso, pode realizar o cadastro no aplicativo "MT Cidadão".
Passo 2 - Clicar em Realizar novo agendamento.
Passo 3 - Preencher as informações.
Passo 4 - Aguardar a confirmação do agendamento no e-mail cadastrado ou acompanhar atualização da solicitação pelo MT Login.
