Reference

The Brazilian Pharmacopeia is the national pharmaceutical compendium that establishes—through pharmacopeial texts (chapters, methods, and monographs)—the minimum requirements for quality, authenticity, and purity regarding pharmaceutical inputs, medicines, and other products under health surveillance. In other words, it should be used as a scientific reference to confirm the quality of drugs and raw materials. It is also a valuable source of regulatory information.
