Selection Process 04/2025 - Administrative Assistant

The Embassy of Brazil in Tallinn hereby informs that will carry out a selective process for the hiring of a Administrative Assistant who will perform technical, administrative, secretarial, and/or support activities.

The gross monthly salary is € 2.530,00 (40-hours per week).

Dates:  

• Registration: until 12/01/2025
• Practical tests will possibly be held between January 19th and January 23rd, 2026
• The interviews will be held, in principle, between January 29th and February 4th, 2026
• The final results of the selection process will be announced in the second week of February 2026 at the Brazilian Embassy in Tallinn and on the Embassy's website and social media.
