Important: nationals of both Zambia and Malawi, holders of Diplomatic, Official, or Service passport, are exempted from applying for visas to Brazil. For further details, proceed to the links below.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Visa Application Form Receipt (printed and signed);
- No consular fee is required;
- Passport-style photo (white background);
- Passport (valid and signed with at least two blank pages);
- Invitation letter, if applicable;
- Note Verbal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Zambian or Malawi (for non-holders of Diplomatic, Official or Service passports);
- Legal proof of guardianship, if applicable.

Processing time
Up to 7 business days after receipt of the application at the Embassy of Brazil in Lusaka.
