Investment Visa

All VITEM IX applications require prior authorization of applicant’s temporary residence in Brazil from the Brazilian Ministry of Labor. Only after approval by the Ministry of Labor may the applicant submit his or her VITEM IX application to the Consulate.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Passport (valid and signed with at least two blank Visa pages);
• Proof of residence in Zambia (visa or Resident Permit), for non-Zambian citizens;
• Visa Application Form Receipt (printed and signed);
• Passport-style photo (2’’x2’’);
• Proof of payment of consular fee (USD 100,00) Consular Account Details;
• Notarized Birth Certificate (original and one copy);
• Police Clearance (recently issued);
• Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 with immunizations approved by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) or by the World Health Organization (WHO) or by the authorities of the country where the traveler has been immunized, whose last dose or single dose has occurred at least fourteen days before the date of boarding.
