PROPERTY PROSPECTION NOTICE – OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE AMBASSADOR OF BRAZIL IN JAKARTA

CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO LEASE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TO BE USED AS A RESIDENCE OF THE AMBASSADOR OF BRAZIL IN JAKARTA.

The Embassy of Brazil in Jakarta announces that it is initiating the procedures for the signature/renewal of medium-term lease agreement for the official residence of the Ambassador of Brazil in Jakarta.  For this purpose, Real Estate agencies in Jakarta are invited to provide formal quotations for properties with the following specifications: 

 Location:  SCBD, Senopati, and Senayan area; 

Type of property:  residential, house (detached) or apartment, either new or recently renovated;

Dimensions: between 1500 and 2500m2 (square meters) of built area;

Internal layout: spacious living room for receptions, spacious dining room, 4 to 5 bedrooms (at least 3 suites), guest bathroom, office, kitchen, laundry, staff quarters with bathroom;

External features: veranda with swimming pool and spacious garage;

The quotation should kindly include the following informations:

• Rental price (monthly/annual), in USD (United States Dollars);
• commission fees (if applicable);
•  and security deposit amount;
• Terms and conditions of payment;
• Any other relevant terms or conditions of the proposed lease
