Voter Registration, Change of Domicile, Electoral Regularization

This service is not responsibility of the Brazilian consular offices.

Therefore, it cannot be carried out at the Embassies of Brazil.

This page contains information on how to forward your request directly to the competent Brazilian Authority.

Important: All electoral services ( voter registration, regularization of voter registration, change of electoral domicile, updating of data ) must be requested directly from the Electoral Justice, exclusively online, through the electoral self-service system - Título Net.

The Embassy does NOT offer the aforementioned electoral services and CANNOT interfere in any phase of these processes.

Through the Electoral Justice's electoral self-service - Título Net, it is possible to request:

- voter registration;

- change of electoral domicile to Finland;

- update of data on the register (for example, name changes due to marriage); and

- regularization of the electoral situation.
