Trade Promotion Sector
The Trade Promotion Sector (SECOM) of the Brazilian Embassy in Abu Dhabi belongs to a network of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE) consisting of 104 representations distributed across 83 countries on all continents, under the coordination of the Department of Trade Promotion, Investments and Agriculture (DPRA).
Objectives and duties:
SECOM at the Embassy in Abu Dhabi's main objective is to promote the strengthening of economic, commercial and business ties between Brazil and the United Arab Emirates, supporting Brazilian companies that wish to export or invest in the United Arab Emirates and facilitating contacts between companies, associations and exporters from both countries.

Invest & Export Brazil
The Invest & Export Brazil platform presents information provided by various government agencies in order to help companies easily access the information they need to do business in Brazil and abroad.
The portal offers:
• Links to the complementary website: Apex-Brasil;
• global business opportunities and international public tenders;
• guides and information on how to export products and services;
• list of international fairs and events;
• trade statistics and economic indicators for Brazil and international markets; and
• contact information for various organizations.
Emirati importers
Emirati companies interested in importing Brazilian products can register, free of charge, with Invest&Export Brasil. It is also possible to search for and contact Brazilian exporters on the Brazilian Exporters portal, which brings together contacts for approximately 18 thousand Brazilian companies. Companies interested in identifying Brazilian trading companies will also be able to seek partners on this platform.
