Request for Proposal - Brazilian Financial Office (BFO) - Vehicle Leasing, Maintenance and Fleet Management in the United States
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, represented by the Brazilian Financial Office (BFO), will conduct a bidding process under the criterion of the lowest overall price, in accordance with applicable legislation, U.S. federal law, and as per the specifications contained in this RFP and its appendices, adhering to the principles applicable to Brazilian public procurement as provided in § 2 of Article 1 of Law No. 14,133, of 2021, and Ordinance No. 463, of 2023, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil. Request for Proposal - Brazilian Financial Office (BFO) - Consulting, Brokerage, and Auditing Services for International Health, Life and Accident Insurance, and Consulting and Brokerage Services for Health Insurance in the United States
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, represented by the Brazilian Financial Office (BFO), will carry out an acquisition process, on the basis of the lowest price for lot, and in full compliance with the pertinent legislation, the United States federal law and the State of New York law, and in accordance with the specifications established in this RFP, observing the principles established for Brazilian public contracts, as provided in article 1, § 2nd, of the Law no. 14,133, of April 1st, 2021, and in the Posts Administration Guide. The purpose of this acquisition process is to contract consulting, brokerage, and auditing services for international health, life and accident insurance, and consulting and brokerage services for health insurance in the U.S. market.
