Payment of Consular Fees
Consular fees are payable in the following ways:
I) Payment by card, directly at the consulate (except for visa applications*)
II) Bank transfer
III) Payment slip
Unfortunately it is not possible to pay in cash on site.

I) Payment by card, directly at the consulate (except for visa applications*)
At the consulate you can pay with a debit card (V-Pay or Maestro). PostFinance debit cards (yellow-colored) are not accepted.
*Please note that visa fees must be paid in advance via bank transfer before submitting the application.
II) Bank transfer
Consular fees can be paid by bank transfer, either through online banking or a UBS Multimat.

Please inform who the payment is for and what service.
Payment confirmations must be printed and presented.
III) Payment slip
Deposit slips are available on site and also by mail - please send a letter with a return envelope.
IV) Payment refund (except for visa applications*)
To obtain a refund of your payment please send to the consulate the following:
1) This form filled out and signed
2) Copy of the debit card of the account holder, with name and account number visible
3) Proof of payment (send the original if the payment was made at the post office)
* Visa fees are not refundable under any circumstances, including in cases where the visa is reject or the application is withdrawn.
