End of visa waiver

As of today, April 10th 2025, citizens from Australia, Canada and the United States once again need a valid visa in order to visit Brazil, in reciprocity of the entrance requirements for these countries.

Since the entire process is done electronically, there is no need to visit the Consulate.

Please note that Brazilian visas cannot be issued for Brazilian nationals, even if holding multiple citizenship.
