IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
The Brazilian Agency responsible for immigration is the Police Department for Maritime, Air and Border issues. They are the ultimate authority that will give authorization for the visitor to enter Brazilian territory. Holding a visa DOES NOT GUARANTEE the right to enter Brazil. Compliance with the above-mentioned procedures, if followed adequately, should allow the visitor to enter the country without difficulty

⚠️ Documents that cannot be verified by the Consulate General of Brazil in Mumbai will not be accepted.
⚠️ The Business e-visa holder must not engage in remunerated work in Brazil (receive payment from a Brazilian source for working inside Brazil), for this, a work visa (VITEM V) is necessary. The request for VITEM V must be submitted, in Brazil, by the company seeking to hire.
