Business e-visa Informations

To strengthen economic relations and facilitate business exchanges between Brazil and India, the Government of Brazil has introduced a special category of electronic visa (Business e-visa) for Indian citizens, holding an Indian passport, travelling to Brazil exclusively for business purposes.

The business e-visa follows the same procedures as the in-person visa, but eliminates the need to visit* the Consulate General of Brazil in Mumbai in person. The entire process is completed online: applicants upload all required documents directly to the visa application form, and then submit the completed application to the Consulate General of Brazil in Mumbai through the e-consular platform.

Once approved, at the discretion of the Consulate-General of Brazil, the e-visa is issued in PDF format with a QR code and sent to the applicant’s registered email address.
