Required documents and instructions:
- Visa request form, signed and with a recent and good quality passport size picture
(2”x 2”), and White background, attached
- Valid Passport
- Birth Certificate + Apostille (or legalization)
- Proof of legal residence (if applicable)
- Recent FBI Background check covering the last 12 months of residency
- Proof of residence
- Health insurance valid in Brazil
- Personal statement about your remote work activities
- Employment or service contract
- Proof of income, average of $2,000.00 or more (last 03 bank statements or last 06 pay stubs)
- Cost: $290.00 for American passport holders
- All others: $100.00
- Payable in Debit Card or USPS Money Order only (FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE)
