Citizens from Australia, Canada and United States of America

The Consulate General of Brazil in London informs that services related to Brazilian e-Visas for citizens of Australia, Canada and the United States of America are conducted exclusively online, by the company VFS (https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/). Only the Brazilian consular offices in Australia, Canada and the United States are authorized to process electronic visas, but applications may be submitted from any country.

In case of delays or to file a complaint, please send an email to brazilevisa@vfsglobal.com, copying dim@itamaraty.gov.br, and include the application reference number from VFS as well as screenshots demonstrating the delay in receiving a response.
