The e-consular is a service request and appointment booking system used by the Consulate General of Brazil in Cape Town and other Brazilian diplomatic representations in the world.

How to request services
| 1. | Check and prepare the relevant documentation |
| 2. | Log in the e-consular system |
| 3. | Click New Service and choose the applicable one |
| 4. | Fill in the required fields and upload the necessary documents |
| 5. | Click Confirm and Send |
| 6. | Wait for analysis of the application |
| 7. | Check your emails or e-consular account for notifications. Extra or updated information/documentation might be requested. |
| 8. | Once the application is validated, an email will be sent to book the appointment. |
