READ THIS IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR E-VISA APPLICATION
All messages regarding E-VISA applications must be directed to the company in charge of receiving E-VISA applications through the contacts available at their webpage: https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/contact-us .
Complaints about E-VISA can be filed by sending a message to Brazilevisa@vfsglobal.com with a copy to dim@itamaraty.gov.br. The message must contain the protocol number of the application and screen captures that demonstrate responses are taking too long or not being received at all.
In case you are currently in Argentina and would like to request a print visa, with this Consulate General of Brasil in Buenos Aires, to travel to Brasil on tourism, business or to transit through the country, the instructions on how to present your application are available here: https://www.gov.br/mre/pt-br/consulado-buenos-aires/vistos-1/vivis/tourism-vivis-page-in-english . There is no "expedite", "emergency" or "urgent" processing of visa applications. The processing time for ALL print visa applications is 10 business days, counted from the date of delivery of ALL the necessary documents, in person, to the consulate.
The traveler is the sole responsible for fulfilling the travel requirements well in advance in order to be allowed to travel to a foreign country on the date chosen by them.
