Certidão de Antecedentes Criminais Brasileira / VOG

LEGALIZAÇÃO DA CERTIDÃO DE ANTECEDENTES CRIMINAIS BRASILEIRA

Para solicitar esse serviço junto ao Setor Consular, é necessário apresentar a seguinte documentação:

1) Original do passaporte brasileiro válido ou carteira de identidade brasileira (RG);
2) Certidão de Antecedentes Criminais emitida eletronicamente pela Polícia Federal na página: https://www.gov.br/pt-br/servicos/emitir-certidao-de-antecedentes-criminais
Após juntar a documentação, acesse o sistema e-consular , seleciona o serviço "Certificado de antecedentes criminais/VOG" e faça o upload dos documentos.

A equipe do Consulado verificará se a sua documentação está correta. Caso haja alguma irregularidade em sua solicitação, você receberá um e-mail com informações sobre o que precisa ser corrigido.

A verificação pode levar até 2 dias úteis.

Observação: é obrigatório apresentar os mesmos documentos utilizados para emissão da certidão.

DUTCH CITIZENS WHO NEED A VOG

To apply for a Certificate of Good Behavior in the Netherlands ("Verklaring omtrent het gedrag" - VOG) you are required by your City Hall to fill in an application form. The institution that requires the VOG is also expected to fill in some fields.

This Consulate General, however, cannot complete any form. In accordance with the Dutch Ministry of Justice, we can provide a declaration stating the reason why the Certificate of Good Behavior is demanded (e.g. visa application, getting married in Brazil).

Such declaration can be issued upon presentation of a photocopy of either the applicant’s ID or passport that should be sent to the email cg.amsterdam@itamaraty.gov.br
