School shooting in the city of Tumbler Ridge, Canada

The Brazilian government was deeply saddened to learn of the  shooting in a secondary school and a residence on February 10 in the city of Tumbler Ridge, Canada. The attack has resulted so far in 10 deaths and dozens of injuries.

In strongly condemning the attack, Brazil expresses its solidarity with the people and the government of Canada and extends its most sincere condolences to the families of the victims.
