Agrément granted to the Ambassador-designate of Brazil to Saudi Arabia

The Brazilian government is pleased to inform that the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has granted its agrément to Ambassador Paulo Uchôa Ribeiro Filho as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to that country.

Paulo Uchôa Ribeiro Filho currently serves as International Advisor to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and National Defense. Previously, he was Brazil’s Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (2013–2017).

In accordance with the Constitution, this designation will be submitted to the Federal Senate for consideration.
