Agrément granted to Ambassador-designate of Brazil to Bulgaria

The Brazilian Government is pleased to inform that the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria has granted its agrément to the appointment of Ambassador Paulo Roberto Campos Tarrisse da Fontoura as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil.

Currently Consul General of Brazil in Asunción (2020), Paulo Roberto Campos Tarrisse da Fontoura was Ambassador of Brazil to Croatia (2016-2020) and Lebanon (2009-2012). In Brazil, he served as Director of the Department of International Organizations (2013-2016).

 According to the Constitution, this designation will be submitted to the Federal Senate for consideration.
