Guidelines for press pass pickup and access to the International Media Center at the G20 Summit

The G20 Summit will take place at the Museum of Modern Art (MAM), in Rio de Janeiro, on November 18 and 19, 2024.
Press professionals with approved accreditation must follow these guidelines:
1. The first stage for press pass pickup takes place between November 12 and 15, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), located at Praia de Botafogo, 190 - Botafogo - Rio de Janeiro.
2. From November 16 until the end of the Summit, press passes can be collected from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., also at FGV.
3. For media organizations wishing to designate a representative to collect the press pass, it is necessary to submit an official document listing the names, ID numbers (or passport numbers for foreign nationals), and roles of the professionals, along with the duties of the designated representative authorized for pickup.
4. The press pass grants exclusive access to the International Media Center during its operational period at the G20 Summit. Should it occur, entry to the Summit venue for press professionals will be permitted only under specific authorization by the organization.
5. Additional passes will not be printed, except in cases of technical issues presented by the organization. Do not lose or forget your pass, as it is your required identification for access to the International Media Center at the G20 Summit.
6. Press access to the International Media Center is only via shuttle buses provided by the Summit organization, departing from FGV at the scheduled times below. No access by car, taxi (or other private passenger transport), public transportation or on foot will be allowed.
