The Program aims at the development and keeping of standards of excellence and efficiency in the qualification of human resources of the highest level, supporting professors of stricto sensut post-graduate programs offered by the Higher Learning Institutions (IES) through the granting of scholarships in the master and doctorate degrees and payment of school fees.
