Natal Airport (SBSG/NAT) was the first Brazilian airport to be granted to the private initiative in an auction held on BM&BOVESPA on August 22nd, 2011.

Concession object: Concession of the public services for the expansion, maintenance and exploration of the infrastructure of the airport complex.

- May 31st, 2014 – Opening of airport to air traffic. Main features:
- New passenger terminal with capacity to simultaneously process 1,094 boarding and 1,230 arriving passengers
- 8 boarding bridges
- Patio for 8 aircrafts and 10 additional remote positions
- Parking lot to meet demand
- January 24th, 2040 – End of contract
