January 11th, 2015 – End of Phase IA. Transfer of operations from the Brazilian Airport Infrastructure Company (Infraero) to the concessionaire
December 31st, 2015 – Delivery of mandatory investments:
- Adequacy of taxiways system
November 30th, 2016 – End of Phase IB. Delivery of mandatory investments and recovery of service level:
- Expansion of passenger terminal with capacity to simultaneously process 1,650 boarding and 1,700 arriving passengers
- 14 additional boarding bridges
- Patio for 44 aircrafts
- Access roads and parking lots to meet expected demand

December 31st, 2016 – Delivery of mandatory investments:
- Obstacle removal and providing of graded area of runway and taxiways strips, according to the critical operation for airplanes which the runway and taxiways are intended to serve
